Gyro Seasoning

This Greek Gyro seasoning is a perfect blend of spices and herbs that will enhance the flavor of chicken, beef, lamb or pork! It can be used as a dry rub, seasoning or a marinade.

Ingredients

1 tbsp oregano
1 tbsp paprika
1 tbsp marjoram
1 tbsp coriander
1 tbsp thyme
2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp onion powder
½ tsp ground cinnamon
2 tsp ground cumin
2 tsp Kosher salt
2 tsp ground pepper

Instructions

In a small bowl, add all of the ingredients. Mix well to combine.
Pour the seasoning in a jar or container with a lid.
Store it in a dry place at room temperature for up to 6 months.
