This turkey meatloaf is the ultimate comfort food that the whole family will love! It is so easy to make and pairs perfectly with many sides dishes.

- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1 green bell pepper 1/2 finely chopped, 1/2 sliced
- 1 small onion finely chopped
- 1 large egg
- 1/3 cup seasoned bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 15oz can of tomato sauce divided
- 1 tsp worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- salt and ground pepper to season
Line a baking pan with foil and lightly spray with cooking spray. Preheat oven to 375℉.
In a large bowl, add ground turkey, chopped green pepper, onion, egg, bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, 1/2 cup of tomato sauce (rest reserved for top), worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Mix to combine.
Add meat mixture on prepared baking pan, form a loaf in the shape of a rectangle.
Pour the remaining can of tomato sauce over the top of the meatloaf. Then add the green pepper slices over the top.
Put meatloaf in preheated oven and bake for 45 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165℉.
Let the meatloaf rest for about 10 minutes before serving then enjoy!
